⚡ Steal This Workflow |
Turn a Finished Project Into a Reusable Playbook |
|
A successful project should make the next one easier. Instead of leaving everything buried across folders, messages, and old documents, turn one completed project into a system your team can reuse. |
-
Build the finished-project folder
Create one Google Drive folder and collect the important material from a project that went well:
Do not clean everything up first. The messy project history is useful because it shows what actually happened, not just what was planned.
-
Let Claude reverse-engineer the project
Create a Claude Project and add the important files to its project knowledge.
Have Claude analyze the project for:
Project stages → what happened in what order
Repeated actions → tasks worth standardizing
Good decisions → rules worth reusing
Revisions → mistakes or gaps to prevent
Successful documents → potential templates
Quality checks → what had to be true before moving forward
Client-specific details → things that should not become part of the standard process
The goal is not another project summary. You want Claude to separate the reusable system from the one-off details.
-
Build the playbook in Notion
Create a Notion database template for this type of project.
Turn Claude's findings into sections such as:
Before starting
Required inputs
Project stages
Step-by-step checklist
Decision rules
Templates and examples
Quality-control checks
Common mistakes
Final handoff checklist
Link best files from the original project as examples instead of recreating everything.
When another similar project starts, duplicate the template instead of starting from an empty page.
-
Improve it after every project
Use the playbook on the next similar project.
When that project finishes, compare:
What worked again?
What changed?
Which steps caused delays?
What was missing?
Which checklist items were unnecessary?
Add the useful lessons back into the Notion template and remove anything that applied to one project.
Over time, every completed project improves the system for the next one.

🔎 AI RESEARCH: AI Can Tell How Fast You’re Aging From Your Voice
|
|
What researchers studied: |
Researchers built an AI “speech clock” using recordings from 2,928 Spanish-speaking people across five Latin American countries. The system analyzed more than 700 features, including speech speed, pitch, vocabulary, emotion, and how people structured their language. |
What they found: |
The AI estimated a “speech age” and compared it with each person’s real age. People whose speech sounded older than their actual age were more likely to show poorer cognitive performance and signs associated with dementia and biological aging. |
Larger speech-age gaps were also linked with brain-aging measures and, in people with Alzheimer’s disease, higher levels of the p-Tau217 biomarker. |
Why it matters: |
A few minutes of speech could eventually offer a cheap, non-invasive way to spot signs of unhealthy aging without relying on brain scans or blood tests. |
The researchers caution that the speech clock is not yet a diagnostic test or a way to predict an individual’s future dementia risk. |

📝 Prompt Radar: Learn Any Topic Using the 80/20 Rule
|
What it does: Helps you learn the small set of concepts that unlock most of the practical understanding of a topic. |
Work as an expert teacher in [TOPIC]. My current level is [LEVEL] and my goal is [GOAL]. Use the 80/20 principle as a guide, not a strict formula, to identify the few concepts, skills, and mental models that will give me the strongest practical understanding first. Rank them in best learning order, explain each simply with a useful example, and show how they connect. Identify any essential prerequisites, common beginner mistakes, and topics I can safely ignore until later. After teaching the core ideas, give me a short exercise that tests whether I can apply them rather than just repeat them. Finish with a compact cheat sheet, the most important things to remember, and what I should learn next once I understand the fundamentals. Avoid unnecessary theory unless it directly improves understanding or practical use.

💼 AI Side Hustle Idea: Ecommerce Returns Reduction Service
|
|
Ecommerce brands spend heavily getting customers to buy. But every avoidable return can eat into the profit from that sale. |
The problem: Brands collect return reasons, reviews, support tickets, and customer complaints, but that information is often scattered across different tools. The same issues can keep appearing without anyone connecting the patterns. |
Your AI service: Use AI to analyze return data, reviews, support conversations, and product information to uncover why customers keep sending certain products back. |
Then identify problems such as unclear sizing, misleading product descriptions, missing information, confusing images, quality expectations, or recurring customer questions, and recommend fixes. |
Simple workflow: Return data + customer feedback → AI analysis → group recurring reasons → identify preventable issues → improve product pages + FAQs → prioritize fixes → monthly report |
Best clients: Shopify stores, DTC brands, apparel companies, footwear brands, ecommerce retailers, marketplace sellers, and agencies managing online stores. |
What you can charge for: One-time returns audit + per-product optimization package + monthly return monitoring and recommendations. |
